The staff of Pembroke Family Practice are most considerate and the Care Providers are 2nd to none.
I have called the main number many times over the last few weeks. Every time I call, the automated attendant tells me that they are busy. It then redirects me back to the same message. No combination of key presses gets me to a person.
They never answer their phone. I think the automated attendant computer might be broken.
I have marked this as one star so that it receives the attention of the business. I hope this helps them correct their information.
